We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Telesales & Marketing Assistant
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UAE market, with strong skills in generating leads, making outbound calls, and engaging potential clients through email campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through proactive calls and email outreach. Connect with potential clients across the UAE and promote our products/services. Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, activities, and follow-ups. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and enhance client engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or sales within the UAE market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets. Proficiency in email communication and CRM software. Positive, customer-focused attitude with a drive to succeed.
