We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Telesales Manager
with proven
international sales experience
to lead our telesales team targeting global clients. The ideal candidate must have
successfully managed telesales teams
, driven revenue in fast-paced environments, and be a
British passport holder
with a deep understanding of international markets, particularly the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing telesales team
Drive team productivity, ensuring achievement of KPIs and sales targets
Monitor individual performance, conduct reviews, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute telesales strategies tailored to UK and international investors
Identify new markets and outreach opportunities
Collaborate with marketing for effective campaign planning and execution
Client Engagement:
Handle high-net-worth international client interactions
Close sales over the phone with professionalism, confidence, and strong product knowledge
Maintain and grow client relationships with regular follow-ups
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present sales performance reports
Analyze call data to optimize calling scripts, conversion strategies, and overall sales processes
Training & Development:
Design and deliver training sessions to upskill the telesales team
Share international market trends and client behavior insights
Key Requirements:
Must hold a
valid British passport
Minimum
5-8 years of telesales experience
, with at least
2-3 years in a managerial capacity
Proven
international sales exposure
, particularly in UK/European markets
Background in
real estate
,
investment products
, or
luxury sales
preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong CRM knowledge and call monitoring systems experience
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving teams to exceed targets
