Zell Aesthetic Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a motivated

Telesales / Lead Conversion Specialist

to join our team. If you're passionate about client communication, confident in converting leads, and thrive in a fast-paced aesthetic environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads from various platforms (Meta ads, website, WhatsApp, calls). Professionally respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion. Understand clinic services and confidently explain treatment benefits, prices, and promotions. Maintain detailed records of client communication and conversions. Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule appointments and ensure smooth client experience. Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or lead conversion--preferably in the beauty, aesthetic, or healthcare industry. Strong communication skills: clear, warm, and professional. Fluent in English and Arabic Ability to multitask and respond quickly across multiple platforms. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Highly organised with strong follow-up skills. Positive attitude and team spirit.
