We are looking for an enthusiastic tele caller, who will spend most of the working hours to guide clients for the immigration/visa services. We offer:

- Handling direct and phone counselling to prospective skilled and work immigration application.
- Target prospects from the leads generated.
- Keep up-to-date with changing rules, guidelines, and trends of immigration option and programs for Canada and Europe countries.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction at all times.
- Make an excellent presentation to the prospective client.
- All the times proactively perform work activates for our clients as a professional adviser.
- Be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
- Reach out to potential client to inform them both about our products and services.
- Experience working in sales.
- Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reactions from leads.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered or communication with the client and colleagues.
- Ability to gauge client needs.
- Energetic personality.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
