Job Overview:

We are a Qatar-based professional training institute urgently hiring Outbound Telesales Executives who are confident in high-volume calling, lead generation, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make

70-90 outbound calls per day

Contact warm & cold leads for professional training courses Promote

Management, HSE, Finance, and Language programs

Follow up with prospects and close enrollments Achieve

monthly revenue targets of QAR 25,000 - 40,000+

Maintain call records and lead updates

Mandatory Requirements

Call Center / Outbound Telesales experience (MINIMUM 2 YEARS)

Comfortable with

cold calling & lead generation

Fluent English communication (neutral accent preferred) Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills Energetic, target-oriented, and commission-driven attitude Ability to work for a
