Telesales Agent
.
Job Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive,
Outbound Calling:
Cold calling potential customers to introduce products or services.
Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities.
Following up on leads and scheduling appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent listening and questioning abilities.
Persuasive and persuasive communication style.
Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
