We are looking for an enthusiastic
Telesales Executive (Fresher)
to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in IT sales.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT products and services Understand customer requirements and explain suitable IT solutions Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets Coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of telesales experience Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Basic knowledge or interest in IT services/technology Ability to persuade and negotiate confidently Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment Good listening skills and a positive attitude
