Female Tele Sales Executives
to join our dynamic team inAl Qusais - 2, Dubai
. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases. Promote and sell the company's products and services over the phone. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Report daily progress and feedback to the team leader.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
(as per business requirements). Previous experience in tele sales or customer service preferred. Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi and Malayalam. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Proficient in basic computer and MS Office applications. Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.Job Type:

Salary:
AED 2,200- 2,500 per month + Attractive Commission
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
