We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales and customer engagement for our company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products/ services, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain products/ services to prospects and convert leads
Maintain customer records and follow up as necessary
Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly call and conversion targets
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Hindi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and the ability to handle rejections
Previous experience in telecalling/ sales/ customers support is a plus
