Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team! As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for promoting products and services to potential and existing clients via outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:



- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients

- Create tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements

- Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales

- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and customers

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and client engagement

Requirements:



- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (B2B or B2C, software sales experience an advantage)

- Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)

- Ability to create professional proposals and presentations

- Strong objection handling and closing skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

- High level of confidence, rapport building, and persuasion ability

- Ability to work independently and within a team

Work Arrangement:



- Work from home (3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week)

Salary:



- 1000 AED fixed
