Sobha Realty is a leading luxury real estate developer renowned for delivering exceptional quality and world-class living experiences. We are expanding our telesales team and are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to join us.
Key Responsibilities
Make
150+ outbound calls per day
, ensuring a minimum of60 connected calls
. Engage with local and international clients topromote Sobha Realty's off-plan projects
.Schedule meetings
and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.Qualify leads
and identify potential buyers for off-plan properties. Maintain accurate and updatedrecords of client interactions and follow-ups
in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion. Consistently achievedaily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.Requirements
Prior experience in real estate telesales is required
(off-plan experience preferred). Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability tohandle high call volumes
in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Flexible to workevenings or extended hours
to cater to international clients. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.What We Offer
