Job Description
OIA Properties, Dubai is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team! If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to available properties and services. Qualify leads and schedule property viewings for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and service. Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales and conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not required). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
