The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and converting inquiries into qualified prospects. This role supports the sales team by promoting property listings, building client relationships over the phone, and helping achieve sales targets within the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants to promote properties and new projects.
Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and property portals.
Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and intent before sharing with the sales team.
Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
Present property details and investment benefits to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales consultants.
Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into opportunities.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and lead performance.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company and RERA standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Confident, goal-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Strong phone etiquette and client relationship skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Salesforce).
Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and major developers.
