Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Telesales Executive with a proven track record in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing client relationships over the phone, and scheduling appointments for our property consultants. This role is crucial for our sales pipeline and requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls from provided databases, CRM leads, and marketing campaigns.
Engage and qualify prospective clients by understanding their property needs, budget, and investment goals.
Present our real estate portfolio and services compellingly, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
Schedule qualified appointments and property viewings for the senior sales team.
Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all client interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the company CRM system.
Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
Stay informed about the latest real estate market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of proven telesales experience within the real estate industry is mandatory.
A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
