We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our property offerings and converting leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Present, promote, and explain company offerings clearly and persuasively
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and confident phone manner
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
