Role Overview:



This is a dual-role position primarily focused on

tele-calling prospective leads and coordinating real estate listings

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on inquiries, generating new leads through outbound calls, and assisting in the management of property listings.

Key Responsibilities:Tele Sales (Primary Responsibility):



Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and leads from the company database. Follow up with existing inquiries to convert leads into appointments. Answer incoming client calls and provide information on available listings. Qualify prospects and pass on strong leads to the sales or leasing team. Maintain and update CRM records with call outcomes and lead statuses. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support marketing campaigns.

Listing Coordination (Secondary Responsibility):



Assist in the preparation and updating of property listings on portals and CRM systems. Coordinate with agents, clients, and photographers for property documentation and photos. Ensure all listing details are accurate, complete, and uploaded on time. Monitor listing expiry dates and maintain updated property records.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
