Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and brokers to promote our real estate projects. Understand client needs and provide suitable property recommendations. Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress. Follow up with potential buyers and brokers to close deals efficiently. Coordinate with the sales Manager to ensure a seamless sales process. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and competitors.

Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of telesales experience

,

Multilingual

(Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Dutch, Chinese, or French preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong customer service skills and a confident phone presence. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
