Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with qualified leads from our CRM and marketing funnels.
Present investment and rental opportunities clearly and professionally.
Identify buyer, renter, or investor requirements and match them to available projects.
Schedule and confirm in-office appointments with sales consultants.
Update CRM and ensure smooth lead handover to the sales team.
Support marketing campaigns through strategic calling and event invitations.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience in Dubai real estate (MUST).
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (other languages are an advantage).
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
Confident, persuasive, and well-spoken personality.
CRM and lead management experience preferred.
