Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to retail, restaurant, and SME businesses across the UAE.
Promote and sell our POS systems (hardware and software) over the phone.
Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales or field team.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups through CRM tools.
Communicate with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp in both Arabic and English.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, lead conversion, and sales closures.
Address customer objections professionally with product knowledge and localized examples.
Work closely with the marketing and field sales team to ensure campaign alignment.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of telesales or outbound calling experience
, ideally in tech or retail solutions.
Fluent in Arabic and English
- both verbal and written.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Knowledge or prior experience with
POS systems
is a plus.
Target-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of UAE market dynamics, especially in the retail and F&B sectors, is preferred.
