Position Overview
Telesales Executive - Software Solutions - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales calls, SMS marketing campaigns, and direct engagement with prospective clients. What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote and sell software products
  • Plan, execute, and track SMS marketing campaigns for lead generation
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and digital campaigns
  • Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to clients
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales and lead data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent sales messaging
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support product improvements
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in IT or software solutions
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Ability to manage SMS marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives
  • Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills
