Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers across Oman.
Pitch and promote our POS hardware and software solutions to retail and restaurant businesses.
Qualify leads, schedule product demos, and hand over hot leads to the sales or field team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, call notes, and follow-up status.
Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs in call volume, qualified leads, demo bookings, and sales conversions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide product knowledge effectively in both Arabic and English.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to align messaging and campaign activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of telesales or inside sales experience
, preferably in the tech or retail sector.
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Knowledge of
Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
or experience selling tech hardware/software is an added advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the Omani market and customer behavior is preferred.
