experts for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.

Compensation - Base Salary Plus Commission

Job Requirements :

Generate leads and close sales through proactive outbound calls and timely follow-ups. Sell printing, advertising, and signage solutions, preferably with prior industry experience. Drive sales growth by consistently achieving and surpassing targets through a results-oriented approach. Deliver compelling presentations and communicate persuasively with prospective clients. Initiate proactive outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers in a high-volume call center setting. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining focused and goal-driven performance. Protect the company's reputation by managing rejections professionally and courteously. Drive conversions using effective sales strategies and strong negotiation skills. Streamline daily sales activities using MS Office and CRM systems effectively. Engage in hands-on training to build skills for role responsibilities. UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of Home country experience can also apply

Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential prospects via cold calling using online and offline sources. Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings for Business Development Executives. Present product features, pricing, and benefits using approved sales scripts. Uncover customer needs through strategic and targeted questioning techniques. Match products to customer requirements to drive sales conversions. Record calls and sales activities accurately using CRM systems.
