Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (Preferably Female)

experts for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.

Compensation - Base Salary Plus Commission

Job Requirements :

Generate leads and close sales through proactive outbound calls and timely follow-ups. Sell printing, advertising, and signage solutions, preferably with prior industry experience. Achieve and surpass sales targets through a goal-oriented and driven sales approach. Communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Call center experience -outbound calling Consistently strives to meet goals with determination and results-oriented focus. Handles customer rejection calmly, maintaining patience and professionalism. Applies strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills to close deals effectively. Proficient in MS Office and experienced with sales CRM tools for efficient workflow. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure role readiness. UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of Home country experience can also apply

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling using various online and offline database or phone directories. Generating leads and setting up meetings / appointments for Business Development Executives Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements Persuade the customer by demonstrating how services meet their needs Maintain & Manage records of calls and sales related information using CRM or related software's.
