Compensation - Base Salary Plus Commission

Job Requirements :

Generate leads and close sales through proactive outbound calls and timely follow-ups. Sell printing, advertising, and signage solutions, preferably with prior industry experience. Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding targets with a goal-focused approach. Deliver persuasive presentations and communicate effectively with prospective clients. Initiate outbound calls to engage and convert prospective customers in a dynamic call center setting. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through goal-driven performance and resilience. Maintain the company's reputation by handling rejections professionally and courteously. Achieve successful conversions using persuasive sales and negotiation techniques. Streamline daily sales activities using MS Office and CRM systems effectively. Engage in hands-on training to build skills for role responsibilities. UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of Home country experience can also apply

Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential prospects via cold calling using online and offline sources. Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings for Business Development Executives. Present product features, pricing, and benefits using approved sales scripts. Uncover customer needs through strategic and targeted questioning techniques. Match products to customer requirements to drive sales conversions. Record calls and sales activities accurately using CRM systems.
