Compensation - Base Salary Plus Commission

Job Requirements :

Generate leads and close sales through proactive outbound calls and timely follow-ups. Sell printing, advertising, and signage solutions, preferably with prior industry experience. Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding targets with a goal-focused approach. Deliver persuasive presentations and communicate effectively with prospective clients. Perform outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers in a call center environment. Achieve performance targets through strong goal orientation and persistence. Maintain a positive brand image by handling customer rejection professionally. Close sales effectively using advanced sales and negotiation techniques. Optimize daily sales activities using MS Office and CRM tools. Engage in hands-on training to build skills for role responsibilities. UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of Home country experience can also apply

Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential prospects via cold calling using online and offline sources. Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings for Business Development Executives. Present product features, pricing, and benefits using approved sales scripts. Uncover customer needs through strategic and targeted questioning techniques. Match products to customer requirements to drive sales conversions. Record calls and sales activities accurately using CRM systems.
