Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telesales Executive who can generate leads independently, make calls, and set appointments with potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, persuasive, and can work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and generate leads
Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers.
Call potential leads to pitch our products/services and fix appointments.
Maintain an organized record of leads, call activity, and appointment status.
Achieve targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to research and generate quality leads.
Ability to handle clients and maintain a professional tone.
Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and appointment-setting processes.
Knowledge of IT or Digital Marketing is a plus.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or lead generation preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a hunger to perform may also apply.
