Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
Clearly explain products and services to generate interest
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
Consistently meet or exceed calling and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling objections and maintaining motivation
Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
