Telecaller - Immigration & Visa ServicesJob Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our immigration and visa team. The ideal candidate will connect with potential clients, educate them about our services, and book appointments for further consultation. This is a target-oriented role with strong opportunities for growth and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated leads.
Clearly explain our immigration and visa services and identify client needs.
Handle initial inquiries, answer basic questions, and guide clients toward the consultation process.
Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Achieve the monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
Self-driven, energetic, and able to work in a target-based environment.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
