Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
Telecaller
to join our team and guide clients through our
Immigration and Visa services
. This is a client-facing, target-driven role focused on outbound calling and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via outbound calls using provided leads.
Explain immigration/visa services and schedule consultations.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client communication.
Ensure a smooth and professional visa and immigration service process.
Follow communication scripts and adapt to client responses.
Support the growth of the organization with a transparent, results-focused approach.
Requirements:
1-3+ years
of experience in telesales, consulting, or business intelligence (any industry).
Experience in
Outbound Tele Sales
is a plus.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(other languages are a bonus).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and relevant software tools.
Sales-oriented
and
target-driven
mindset.
Able to meet or exceed targets within deadlines.
