to join our energetic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
Hindi and English
, with experience in outbound calling -- especially in industries like
insurance, credit card sales
, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects
Fix appointments with interested leads for follow-up by the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through calls
Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Proven experience in
telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling
roles
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in both
Hindi and English.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Basic proficiency in using computers
Preferred Experience: 2
+ year of experience in tele sales, BPO, or any similar outbound calling role.
