Job descriptionResponsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote timeshare packages and services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about timeshare offerings.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their vacation requirements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of timeshare ownership.
Schedule appointments for potential customers to attend presentations or tours.
Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the timeshare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
