Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching relevant certification or sustainability services, and closing qualified leads over the phone. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and a basic understanding of corporate compliance and sustainability topics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or self-sourced leads Understand client requirements and offer appropriate certification or sustainability services (e.g. ISO standards, ESG reporting, environmental audits) Maintain and update CRM systems with call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes Schedule appointments or online meetings for the business development team as needed Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads until conversion Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align client outreach strategies Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and service offerings

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in a B2B or service-based environment) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of certification services (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) or sustainability topics is a plus Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in English Ability to work independently and meet sales goals under pressure Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
