Make high-volume outbound calls to cold/warm leads.
Generate qualified leads by promoting travel products and services.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Schedule follow-ups or pass leads to the senior sales team.
Meet daily/weekly lead generation and call targets.
Key Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per internal diversity goals).
Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (travel industry preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English.
Basic knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and industry trends is a plus.
