The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or clinical settings and will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our medical services, and scheduling appointments. Your goal is to drive revenue by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote clinic services (e.g., diagnostics, consultations, wellness packages).
Follow up on inquiries received via phone, website, or social media.
Understand patients' needs and suggest appropriate services or packages.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with front-desk staff.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate patient information and call outcomes.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information.
Build rapport and trust with patients to encourage return visits and referrals.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tele sales executive, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with healthcare services, terminology, and patient care processes.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or business).
Preferred:
Prior experience in telecalling for diagnostics, dental, cosmetic, or wellness clinics.
