We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote our healthcare services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with potential patients/clients over the phone, understanding their healthcare needs, and presenting our clinic and home care services as the ideal solution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Make outbound calls to prospective patients and clients from provided databases and leads
Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, and walk-ins
Convert leads into appointments and service bookings for both clinic and home care services
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Customer Engagement:
Understand customer healthcare needs and recommend appropriate services
Explain clinic services including consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and wellness packages
Promote home care services such as nursing care, physiotherapy, elderly care, post-operative care, etc.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally and empathetically
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Generate referrals through excellent service and rapport building
Maintain regular communication with past clients for repeat business
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and conversions in CRM system
Update customer information and preferences regularly
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track and analyze call metrics and conversion rates
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on all clinic services, packages, and pricing
Understand home care service offerings and protocols
Keep abreast of healthcare trends and competitor offerings
Participate in training sessions on new services and procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)
Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an advantage
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors
Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for sales may be considered
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Arabic)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Empathetic approach with good listening skills
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
Good computer skills including MS Office and CRM software
Target-oriented with strong work ethic
Professional phone etiquette and pleasant voice
