Telesales Executives (British English)

.

Key Responsibilities

Language Requirement:



Native or near-native English proficiency (UK)

Lead Generation & Follow-Up:



Call potential clients from provided leads Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for property viewings or consultations Make 150-200 outbound calls daily

Sales & Client Engagement:



Promote property listings and explain key features and benefits Engage and build strong client relationships Negotiate and close deals effectively

Database Management:



Update and manage client information in the CRM system (Salesforce) Track call outcomes and follow-up schedules

Market Research:



Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and competition
Requirements

Freshers or candidates with

1-2 years of real estate experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented Comfortable with high-volume calling Flexible with shifts
