Job Description
Job Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible to acquire Banking Products through telemarketing. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities
- Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts
- Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
- Updating customer information in the CRM.
- Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
- MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.
- Success ratio \xe2\x80\x93 Offering the right products to the customers.
- Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have your own visa?
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
