The Role
Job Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible to acquire Banking Products through telemarketing. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating customer information in the CRM. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Success ratio \xe2\x80\x93 Offering the right products to the customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months in telesales experience in outbound calling preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably University Degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Communication Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Open for feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Negotiation skills
