Telesales Executive Aesthetic Clinic

Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote aesthetic treatments and services.

- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, social media, or referrals.

- Convert inquiries into consultations and appointments.

- Clearly explain services, pricing, offers, and benefits to clients.

- Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate information.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with the marketing and front-desk teams to improve lead conversion.

1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty is a plus).

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (regional language is a plus).

- Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

- Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
