Job Description
We are now looking for a motivated Tele Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and past clients to promote our services and special offers Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS Educate clients about available skin and aesthetic treatments Schedule appointments and consultations with our in-house specialists Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confidence in speaking about aesthetic procedures and skincare Strong organizational and time management abilities Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and booking systems Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality
