Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Tele Sales Executive

with experience in cold calling and outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work under targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote the company's services. Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads. Maintain a database of prospective and current clients. Explain services, pricing, and company policies clearly to potential customers. Follow up on leads and build relationships to convert inquiries into sales. Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or outbound calling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive speaking ability. Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.

Additional Information:

Visa will be provided by the company. Salary + commission/incentives structure. Working days: 6 days a week. Location: UAE

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
