Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our management consulting services and generate interest in our offerings.

  • Book appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to sales presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and increase the likelihood of closing sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique value of our services.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, performance, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
