KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Calling customers to sell various hands-on training courses, post-graduate programmes, conferences, and other dental-related educational programmes Follow up calls, e-mails, and messages in order to close sales deals Keeping a record of calls and relevant details in the company's CRM. Updating customer details Providing information to customers. Asking questions to engage customers and to understand customer's needs Receiving calls and messages of people responding to direct marketing and advertising campaigns. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Answer questions about educational programmes the company offers Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Minimum 5 years of experience in a telesales related job in the UAE Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English speaking and writing. Medical or dental background/experience will be considered a big plus Excellent computer skills, quick typer and quick in copy/pasting. Good knowledge of CRM and Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are an absolute must Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university in the field of business or dental/medical fields Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn on the go. Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
