Job Profile: Tele Sales Consultant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Industry or similar industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Calling clients in need through cold calling, provided leads, advertising mediums.
Updating Leads in the CRM on daily basis.
Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.
Conducting negotiations with the clients.
Following-up with the Sales managers on Regular basis.
Undergoing training if required.
