Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
Handle Outgoing calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate website information.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).
Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate strategies and provide feedback.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales calls and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software etc
Good organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling/Igaming/Stock Market Calling would be an advantage

8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, [Monday to Saturday]
