Telesales & Social Media Support Agent
to join our team

. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who excels in telesales and enjoys interacting with customers via social media platforms. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, confident on calls, and quick to engage with online inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Maintain and update customer records using Microsoft Excel
Monitor, manage, and engage on all company social media accounts
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging
Meet daily/weekly sales and engagement targets
Complete various administrative or operational tasks assigned by the
Operations Manager
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or social media support
Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience handling business accounts on social media platforms
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and collaborative
Available to start immediately
