Outbound Telesales Representative:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Telesales Representative to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Present and explain products/services clearly. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate call and sales records. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
With or without previous experience Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
