Role Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a keen interest in financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage proactively with prospective and existing clients to promote our trading products and services. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client needs and market trends to recommend suitable trading solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth strategies and achieve business goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Attractive commissions and performance-based bonuses Visa and medical insurance provided by the company Direct interview with the company (no third-party recruitment)

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills A solid understanding of financial markets (especially Forex and CFDs) is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus Prior experience in a brokerage or financial services environment is highly desirable Fluency in English is required Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil is a significant advantage
