Job Description
Saga Luxury Properties firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We specialize and lead the Real Estate market in the UAE working with prominent Developers. We are looking for Telesales Agents who have minimum 1 year experience in sales. We offer basic salary plus attractive commission. Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable, and must have strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Work with team members on the floor to meet sales and performance goals.
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ongoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Accurately document the customer\'s personal information including phone number, address and other order information.
- Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the properties will add value to their lives and meet their needs.
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer\'s needs and recommend the best properties for their purposes.
- Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about the properties.
