Job Description
Job brief We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for accumulating inventories over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Requirements and skills -Proven experience as telesales agent or other sales/customer service role -Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems -Excellent knowledge of English -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection -Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints -Sales Background; Real estate experience is an advantage -Car and Driving License is a plus -Visa sponsorship is a plus Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
